Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Backlink Stack (the "Service") at https://backlinkstack.com and any orders placed through us, whether via the web, Telegram, or email. By submitting a brief or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

Backlink Stack is a guest-post and link-building marketplace. We:

• Curate vetted sites with real organic traffic and verifiable authority metrics (Ahrefs DR, Moz DA, monthly traffic)
• Source placement opportunities (guest posts, link insertions, press releases, content writing) from those sites
• Handle the editorial process: brief, draft, revision, publish, and live-URL confirmation
• Deliver a live URL within the agreed turnaround window

We are an intermediary between you (the buyer) and the publisher (the site). We are not the publisher, and we do not own the sites on which links are placed.

2. What we don't promise

SEO is competitive and the algorithms change. We promise the placement; we do not promise the outcome. Specifically:

• We do NOT guarantee rankings. No reputable SEO firm can. We can only control the input (placement quality); Google controls the output.
• We do NOT guarantee traffic. Referral traffic varies by industry, season, and topical relevance.
• We do NOT guarantee link permanence forever. We guarantee live placement at the time of delivery and a minimum 12 months of uptime. If the publisher removes the link within 12 months we will replace it free of charge. Beyond 12 months, placements are best-effort.
• We do NOT guarantee indexation timelines. Most placements index within 1-14 days. We assist with IndexNow pings where possible.

3. Order process

1. You submit a brief (niche, target URL, anchor text, budget, turnaround needs) via Telegram, the contact form, or directly from a shortlist page.
2. We send a private shortlist URL (e.g. /r/<uuid>) with sites + metrics + prices.
3. You add sites to the cart and check out via Stripe, PayPal, crypto, or bank transfer.
4. We confirm the order and provide a turnaround estimate (usually 5-14 days for guest posts, faster for press releases).
5. You receive a live URL on delivery. We invoice you. End of order.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices shown on a shortlist URL are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• We accept Stripe, PayPal, USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), and bank transfer (selected regions). The available methods are shown in the checkout modal.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion costs are your responsibility.
• Payment is due in full before the order goes into production. We do not extend credit.

5. Refunds and swaps

If we cannot deliver the site you ordered:

• We will offer a swap to a site of equal or higher authority (DR / DA / traffic).
• If you don't accept the swap, you get a full refund within 7 business days.

We do NOT refund:

• Orders for which we delivered a live URL meeting the agreed specifications.
• Orders cancelled after the article has been written and sent to the publisher.
• Orders refused on subjective grounds after delivery.

6. Acceptable use

You may NOT use Backlink Stack to promote:

• Illegal content or services in your or our jurisdiction
• Adult / pornographic content (unless on adult-niche sites you arrange separately)
• Gambling, where prohibited in the destination market
• Counterfeit goods, phishing pages, or malware
• Content that defames, harasses, or discriminates
• Anything that violates the publisher's editorial policy

We reserve the right to reject any brief at our discretion. We will refund the order if we refuse it before production starts.

7. Content ownership

• Articles we write are licensed to the publisher upon publication. You don't own the article itself, but you do own the link embedded within it.
• Anchor text and target URLs you provide must be yours to promote, or you must have explicit permission from the owner. You indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from anchors/URLs you submitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability under any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue, profit, or ranking opportunity
• Penalties imposed by Google (Helpful Content, Spam, manual actions) when applied at your domain level
• Acts of the publisher that we cannot reasonably control (e.g. the publisher takes the article offline a year later)
• Force majeure: outages, war, regulatory shifts, search-engine policy changes

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, personal injury).

9. Confidentiality

We treat your brief, target URLs, and order details as confidential. We do not name our buyers publicly unless you explicitly opt in to a case study. We do not disclose the source providers we work with to buyers, marketers, or the public — that's a competitive boundary we maintain to protect supply.

10. Term and termination

You may stop using Backlink Stack at any time — there's no subscription and no obligation. We may stop serving you if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or repeatedly send abusive briefs. Existing paid orders are completed; pre-paid balances are refunded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in whichBacklink Stack is incorporated. Any dispute is resolved first by good- faith negotiation, then by the courts of that jurisdiction. 12. Changes to these Terms

When we update these Terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes (e.g. refund policy, liability) will be announced on the homepage for 30 days. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
